Dryer Problems
Posted on March 29th, 2004 at 4:00 pm by adminLast weekend our dryer was acting up. It smelled like it wanted to catch on fire. For about $60 I got the Sears guy out here to check it out. The motor needed to be replaced. Sears wanted to do it for about 250 bucks. I bought the motor for 85 bucks at a local appliance shop and put it in myself. The labor to put it in would have cost more than the motor itself. Anyways, it seems to be working.
