Wes is boring, and proud of it….

We just got back from Houston, and according to Dr. Fayad – Wes is boring…. :) I told him I would rather it that way, and Dr. Fayad said too much excitement at the beginning. I told him yep, and I didn't want anymore. Wes said he was fine with being boring. Oh, and by the way, Wes' test came back all clear – that is why he is boring. Since all was clear, we don't go back till August. If all is clear in August, then we will not have to go back for six months.

We took Emma Grace to the zoo on Wednesday, and she had the best time. She loved seeing all the animals. She especially loved dancing to the music at the sea lion show. We also went shopping, and got her her summer wardrobe. :)

Emma Grace is starting to make sentences. When you ask who and point to Wes, she says "that's da". I drove up the other day and she said "that's momma". She is also saying there it is, Abby (it is ABBBBEEE) and clock. She calls Grammy – memememe. You can show her something of Dora and she says Daara. She loves to play with her bat and ball. She will even get her bat and use it as a microphone. She hums the tunes of songs. She keeps right with the tune of it. She got an Easter bunny from Wes' grandmother, and it sings and taps its foot. She will sing with it and tap her foot right when it says to. She was playing it in the elevator and singing and tapping her foot. The people in the elevator laughed and clapped for her. When she finishes singing, she puts her arms up in the air like that's the end. She is doing so much stuff that it is hard to remember all of it right now. There are two things she will not do. They are ride a carousel (which she did at the zoo last year and at Disney World), and slide down a slide. Grammy and Granddaddy bought her a slide, and she refuses to come down by herself. If she does, it is on her stomach. She did the same thing at the zoo Wednesday. She refused, but then turned over and came down. There was a 19 month old there and she must have gone down that slide five or six times, and didn't want to leave. Her mother told me she was a daredevil, and that she climbs everything. I told her Emma Grace loves to climb and isn't afraid of the dark, but WILL NOT slide down a slide.

Well, I guess that is all. As you noticed when you came to the website, that we have started an adventure. The Catfish Festival is next weekend, and we are getting stuff together for a booth there. We have lots to do, so I better get busy.
