Happy Valentine’s Day and Happy Birthday Aunt Tammy!!!!
Posted on February 14th, 2008 at 7:15 pm by kristieHope everybody had a happy day. We ate at the Cafe tonight, and they gave everybody a box of chocolate. Emma Grace was her usual entertaining self as she ate her ketchup. She also ate a little bit of cole slaw and a hushpuppy or “puppies” as she calls them. She REFUSES to tell Aunt Tammy happy birthday. When I asked her whose birthday it was today, she told me Grammy. I said no it is Aunt Tammy’s birthday and she said no, no, no. I finally got her to say it was Aunt Tammy’s birthday, but then when she saw the flower and balloons we got Grammy she was back to saying it was Grammy’s birthday. I keep trying to get her to say happy birthday Aunt Tammy, but she fuses. She is enjoying her Dora/Diego movie Grammy got her for Valentine’s Day. She got two, but she already has one of them so we have to take it back and get another one. We gave her some Shamu and Dora Valentine cards, a lunch box with Elmo on it filled with cookies and a box of chocolate with a choochoo train on it. Also, we gave her a Mickey Mouse card, and she was SOOOO excited when she opened it. When she opened her Shamu cards, she said it is “MasMu”. I have got her to say Happy Valentine’s Day a couple of times today. She mostly gets out most of Valentine and day. I guess that it close enough. Our builder called us today, and said the electrician should be finished tomorrow or Monday. We should have an inspection on Monday, and insulation on Wednesday. The security alarm people will be here on Tuesday to install most of the security system and will finished up after the walls and painting is finished. I talked with a flooring guy yesterday, and he is suppose to come tomorrow or this weekend to see how much it will cost to put down Nafco everywhere but the utility and bath rooms. The propane company should have come out today to look at doing the line for our water tanks and fireplace logs. Our builder said he saw them out there earlier today. I will call tomorrow to see. We have made our first payment on the interest of the money we have borrowed, and it was too bad. (Wish the monthly note would be that cheap, but somehow I doubt it will be.) Oh, well, I guess that is all for now. Again, Happy Valentine’s Day!!!!
